Know basically use it as a hair mist or Leave in spray and that a bunch of Different other ways that you can use it If you're interested to know the other Ways that you can use a tea let me know In the comment section below I'll be More than happy to show you guys in Another video another day another week Another way that you can use this so Let's move To the video and this is the T and I Just put it in the spray bottle you know For convenience because you know it's Easier to spray the hair you know yeah So this is my team and it's packed with Some amazing ingredients including green Tea rose hits Hibiscus flower pomegranate blueberry Cranberry rooibos tea jasmine peppermint Fenugreek eucalyptus oil glycerin and Aloe vera and I can say that I Specifically chose these ingredients for Their amazing benefits on my hair so Yeah let's watch how I made it Peppermint tea helps reduce hair loss it Also helps fight dryness and dandruff This day will also help reduce hair loss And help heal the hair follicles and Also deeply moisturize the skin under The the hair and also increases the Hairs elasticity improving luster and Shine the antioxidants in this tea will Help make my follicles stronger improve Blood circulation in the scalp and also
Stimulate hair growth and you know [Music] Rooibos tea will help remove all the Dead skin cells that prevent hair growth I'm blocking the follicles and also it Contains minerals such as zinc calcium Copper potassium which are essential for Hair growth this fear will help Strengthen the root and length of my Hair providing a light coat of moisture To improve suppleness and when combined These effects who bring nail volume and Fewer breakage and shinier hair among a Ton of other benefits this peppermint Tea will help as a stimulant in turn Promoting circulation of blood in my Scalp and therefore leading to more Growth fenugreek seeds contain high Protein and acid content which are known And beneficial against hair fall and Dandruff and also in treating a variety Of scalp issues like dryness of hair Baldness and thinning hair so this is How my tea looks like and now I'm just Adding hot boiling water and then I will Cover it up and let steep for a few Hours you can leave this for a few Minutes if you wish but I just don't for It to be more effective and more potent I'd leave it for a few hours and I left Mine for about five hours before Straining it and then going ahead to use It you can leave it overnight you can Leave it for much longer if you wish but
A few hours should be just fine [Music] This here is a few hours later about Five hours later and now this part is Completely optional you can just go Ahead and pour the water or the tea into A different container but I just wanted To be more careful and wanted to you Know strain the tea so that I don't have Any of that fenugreek residue into my Tea now if you're using fenugreek seeds Rather than ground fenugreek you will Not have this problem but I just wanted To be more careful and as you can see This is the remaining stuff at the Bottom of my jar and this is just going To be chopped in the bin [Music] This is my tea and I'm just going to Pour the pot that or the bit that I'll Be using into a spray bottle and then I'll go ahead and add my next few Ingredients and right here I'm just Going to add a few drops of this Eucalyptus oil this is going to be Acting as a stimulant to help open up All the cuticles and follicles so that They can absorb the product more easily Right now I am just adding some glycerin Vegetable glycerin now you will have to Use just a little bit of this otherwise You'll just be undoing all the benefits Now Lutheran or vegetable glycerin helps Protect the hair against breakage it
Promotes hair growth and all that good Stuff The last thing I'll be adding is aloe Vera of course my favorite which Contains um Pro lytic enzymes which Repair dead skin cells on the scalp Which also acts as a conditioner on your Hair and gives your hair smooth and Shiny promotes hair growth prevents Itching on the scalp reduces dandruff And conditions your hair and now I'm Just gonna give this good mix the good Shake so that it's well mixed and then It will be ready to use [Music] I'm just about to head out and I just Wanted to show you guys how I applied This on a daily basis so if I can I Apply this twice a day or every other Day depending on how busy I am but if I Have time I try to apply it in the Morning and also in the night I drink The night just before I go to sleep but It's a pretty easy process so right here I have my hair in twist my hair is Feeling really soft a lot more hydrated Since I started using this tea mix with Aloe vera and all the good stuff okay so It's giving a lot more soft a lot more Moisturized which is a good thing Because I've been struggling a lot with Dryness with my hand the past few months Past few weeks so let me show you guys How it's done
So here i am i hearing you know my super Growth tea mix packed with all the good Stuff which you guys saw how i make it So this is it I wash my hair just the Other day so it's clean so I just I'm Applying to my spa and gently massaging The tea through my scalp making sure That every you know every hair strand is Coated with the tea and I go to the next Head and do the same thing [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Now after playing the team – you know All over my roots are now going to apply To the petite for the length of my hair Even though there is twist like you Don't really need to like under the Twist to apply this this should work as Long as you feel that the tea has called It all the all your hair should be fine But you can like you can't take it down And redo it but seeing this I'm in a Hurry and I don't really have that you Know luxury I am just applying it to my Twists okay just as they are and I don't Really feel the need to take it down [Music] [Music] And another thing if you're like me or Me personally I tend to find that my Ends are the driest part of my hair the Parts of my hair so in this instance
I'll just go I'll just take the hair and Just take the ends or the tips of my Hair and I'll just a kind more sakti you Know I think goodness so that my aunt's Oh my tips will not be left wanting more So I think you see I haven't really used Much but like my whole head is you know Coated with the tea so you don't really Need much and now for the remaining tea You can store it in the fridge if you Want it to last longer if you don't want It to last longer you can live it in the Cupboard or whatever you want but this Should last at least two weeks in the Fridge without going bad so you can use This continuously for two weeks if you Keep it in the fridge like in the fridge Or some way that is cool [Music] Now the final step is my aura so I use This oil to kind of sailing all the Moisture all the goodness that I've just Sprayed in my hair and yeah like usual Has tons and tons of benefits so this is My oil cocktail which is a mixture of Oils and a bunch of other different Things if you're interested to know What's inside or how I make it let me Know in the comment section below I'll be more than happy to share it's I've been using this for a couple of Weeks and I just love what it does you Know a few weeks ago I did like a hair Update where I complained about how my
Hair was you know had stopped growing my Edges were doing terribly and all that But ever since I started doing a few Things I've started doing since that Time I've seen such a difference and Also if you see my last video compared To the hair update video which I'll link Here you'll see such a huge difference Again this is from just doing or Implementing these few steps which I've Also shared some of you guys using aloe Vera using you know fenugreek and also Incorporating black rice into my hair Agent again because I stopped using that But then I am back to using that and Also I'll start using rice water in Conjunction with all these things that I'm using and I'll keep you guys updated I'll let you guys know how that's going What that's doing to my hair and yeah if You see my edges my edges are doing so Much better than they were a couple of Weeks ago which is a good thing because I was because I was getting so so Disappointed and I got to the point Where I was like you know what this is Not even worth it okay I may just cut my Hair but hey here we are Consistency perseverance and all that And my hair is back to growing again It's back to you know being full and Volume is so yes The oil if you interested to know how I Make it let me know okay again I'm just
Going to stop by applying to my sculpt I Don't do this every day I do this every other day just because It's an oil I don't want to you know Create a lot of buildup you know on my Skull and all that so I use this every Other day but with the water I mean the Tea I use it at least every day or as Often as possible we'll never have time But this maybe once told me that well at Least twice a week I use this okay just on my scalp and on My edges but I don't use this on its own I use it after I've used either aloe Vera which I showed you guys that are Spray which I showed you guys in one of My previous videos which I will link Here or after this tea and yeah I'll Just start with my scalp and then Massage it because it feels good and Because it's um helps you know stimulate The scalp and stimulate the blood flow Which in the turn promotes hair growth Okay [Music] [Music] [Music] And now for the length of my hair I'm Going to apply the oil to my hands and Then I'll just massage it through the Length of my hair [Music] Make sure that you get those ends [Music]
